This is our little way of helping you during your ownership of the watch.
The Small Print:
- The Silver Care service is applicable to the watch you purchase and is not transferrable to another watch.
- Applicable for watches bought from Watcho website. Does not apply to watches bought from other channels viz Amazon, ebay etc.
- “Free battery replacement” implies testing as well as replacing the battery.
- If required, we can also pressure test (water-proof test) the watch for a nominal fee.
- Free battery replacement does not apply to mechanical wind-up watches, kinetic watches, solar-powered and light-powered watches. These watches are powered differently and there isn’t a standard battery to replace. Often these watches just need exposed to light / movement to get power.
- You can drop off and pick up the watch at any of our service centers. If you can’t make it in person, you can post the watch to us and still get free battery replacement. If you choose to post, you would incur the postage cost. It will still work out better value for money for you as you don’t have to pay for the battery test & replacement.
