The first of it's kind in the G-Steel series, this completely blacked-out watch has an understated presence that belies it's features.
Solar powered for a truly long-lived time piece, the solar charged cell is capable of storing power for over a week before going into power saving mode. Power saving mode will dim the digital displays, and the second hand will move once every two seconds so as to conserve power.
The "MultiBand 6" feature is to ensure the watch continuously displays the correct time. This radio controlled time feature auto-corrects the hands if they are misaligned, and coupled with the world time ability, receives a signal from one of 6 towers around the world located in Fort Collins in the U.S.A., Anthorn in the U.K., Mainflingen in Germany, Shangqiu in China, Mount Otakadoya and Mount Hagane in Japan, to give the correct time to the second almost anywhere around the world.
The PVD black plated solid stainless-steel case of this watch is fronted by a hard resin bezel to ensure the best possible protection from daily life.
The Neo-Display function ensures long-lasting in low/no light condition, while the auto-LED means the watch self-illuminates with a simple teist of the wrist.

Button operated, the chronograph is accurate from 1/100 sec to 60 minutes with split lap function. This watch also feature a 1/1 sec - 100 minute timer with audible alarm.
Suitable for everything from showering to scuba diving, this watch is rated for 200 metres water resistance.

Good looking watch, with all the features/functions I need. The hands are quite small and the black on black hour markers do make it difficult to tell the time with a quick glance, but I?m happy to look at the digital window if I need an accurate time check. Very impressed with the radio timekeeping function. WatchO has the G-Shock I wanted, at a very good price, despatched immediately and well packaged. I would definitely use them again.
