Verified WatchO buyer (Purchase date: 05/07/2023) I bought my wife a Citizen Eco-drive watch recently and it's been really good, so when I needed a new watch I thought I'd do the same. I picked this because I liked the watch face/case and I'm really pleased with that. The only slight glitch is the strap. It's a resin strap, which I need because I've had allergies to leather ones in the past. The problem is it's a buckle strap -and I'm finding the end of the strap pops out from under the two retaining bands fairly easily because the resin doesn't have much grip. The watch stays on - the buckle is very good, but it's annoying. It's not unique to this watch either - it's one of the reasons I don't usually buy buckle straps and prefer a bracelet. I'd planned to replace this buckle strap longer term with a bracelet - I might try lightly sanding the strap to get more grip, or I might just replace it sooner.
For the price of the watch it's fine - just frustrating it still happens. A really good looking watch. Keeps perfect time. A lot of watch for a very reasonable price.. Very pleased.
