• The new iteration of the Gulfmaster sees a massive overhaul to both the design and feature-set of the watch. Straight out of the gate with a brand new "Quad Sensor" package, the Gulfmaster is finally suitable to use as a dive watch. With bold design themes and an oversized bezel for easy visibility, this G-Shock has presence like almost no other.
• With both a solar powered mechanism, and a radio controlled movement, this watch just keeps on going, no matter where you are, or what you're doing. Built for the sea, made for adventure. This watch also features an automatic calendar, ensuring that once set, the date is constantly updated to display the correct day and date, through odd months, and even leap years.
• The "Quad Sensor" branding is a slight misnomer, as this watch features no less than 5 sensors. Truly built for almost any environment, the available sensors are an Altimeter, Barometer, Compass, Thermometer, and for the first time in a non-Frogman watch, a Depth Sensor.
• Solar powered for a truly long-lived time piece, the solar charged cell is capable of storing power for over a week before going into power saving mode. Power saving mode will dim the digital display, and the second hand will move once every two seconds, also in this mode, the sensors will not function so as to conserve power.
• The "MultiBand 6" feature is to ensure the watch continuously displays the correct time. This radio controlled time feature auto-corrects the hands if they are misaligned, and couple with the world time ability, receives a signal from one of 6 towers around the world located in Fort Collins in the U.S.A., Anthorn in the U.K., Mainflingen in Germany, Shangqiu in China, Mount Otakadoya and Mount Hagane in Japan.
• The depth sensor built into this watch, finally allows the Gulfmaster to be used a full dive watch. With an ISO rating of 200 metres water resistance, and the available functions from the watch, now there's no need to carry a separate watch just for diving. The components for the watch also ensure full salt-water ingression resistance as well.
• The regular triple sensor features are included, with an altimeter for measuring distance above sea level, and barometer for measuring air pressure to indicate weather trends, and a compass for accurate navigation on the fly. The added temperature sensor is an ambient sensing module, so is best used when worn outside clothing.

• The unique build of the watch includes a polyacarbonate inner shell holding the mechanism, with a tougher, rugged resin outer case to protect against shocks and drops. The strap is a double wide resin strap made from hard-wearing thermoplastic polyurethane to ensure high levels of durability. The strap is finished with a twin-tongue stainless steel buckle for optimal stability when worn.
• The hands and hour markers are coated with a highly luminescent film for the best possible hands-free visibility in low/no light condition. There is also a double LED back-light with afterglow for 1.5-3 seconds. This ensure no mater the conditions, you can always see the most important part of the dial, whatever you're doing.
• With a timer and split lap function included, the chronograph is accurate from 1/100 sec to 24 hours, while the countdown timer can be set for up to 60 minutes with an audible alarm on completion.
• Instead of the hardened mineral glass lens on the last Gulfmaster model, the GWN-Q1000 features a full Sapphire Crystal lens for the best protection against scratches and impacts. Sapphire measures at 9H on Mohs hardness scale, and is almost impervious to scratches from anything softer than diamond. As an incredibly tough substance, this makes it perfect for use as a watch lens, ensuring the best possible protection from all aspects of daily life.
• ISO rated for diving, this watch is suitable for use in most conditions down to 200 metres.
