What delivery services do you use?

Most products are delivered in the UK using Royal Mail or DPD. Larger and/or heavier items will be delivered via DPD or DHL.
How long will my delivery take?

Do you do same-day dispatch?

Yes. Saturday and Expedited Delivery orders are usually dispatched on the same day

For Guaranteed Saturday Delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm the previous day

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once the item has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details. You can track your order via the Royal Mail or DHL website to see the status of your order. Please allow a couple of hours once you receive an email notification for the system to update.
My order hasn’t arrived yet?

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your parcel. Track your item to see if a delivery has attempted, in this case it’ll be at your local post office. In most cases the delivery company will leave a calling card which will have details of what you can do to receive your parcel.

If you receive a message stating your order has been delivered, but you have not received anything, please contact us as soon as possible.
