To show our confidence in our top quality products we now offer a free extended warranty on the majority of automatic and quartz watches over £250. We hope that by doing this we are able to provide our valued customers with added peace of mind.

How does this work:

Simply purchase any one of our eligible watches over £180. On eligible watches, extended warranty is automatically added to the standard warranty on the cart page and mentioned in your order confirmation email. Most automatic and quartz watches are eligible for extended warranty, however, there are some exceptions especially Smartwatches and digital watches. If the extended warranty is applicable, this is shown on the product page, above the "Add to cart button", is shown on the cart page and also the order confirmation email. If you do have any issues and require the use of your extended warranty all we need is your unique extended warranty card posted to you along with the order, your order confirmation email / order number and your postcode.

- Who is my warranty with?

One of the best things about the extended warranty is that there are no changes to your normal warranty. During this period of time any issues can be dealt with both by the manufacturer or by us.

Your extended warranty is a little different. This offer is exclusive to WATCHO meaning that if there are any problems with your purchase after the main warranty has run out, it is best to contact us as you may still be covered.

- I am buying the watch as a gift. Is the extended warranty applicable?

Of course it is. We know how difficult it can be to exchange or repair a gift without the relevant information, but with us it couldn't be more simple. All you have to do is request an extended warranty card when you reach the checkout and you are all sorted, allowing you to enjoy the perks of an extended warranty without spoiling any surprises.

If you forget to do this, then don't worry too much, as we have other ways of validating your warranty. When in doubt just give our team a call.

As a security measure, the extended warranty is not transferred if you sell your watch to another person.
