Extended Christmas Returns - Orders Placed After 1st November 2025:

Buying a gift for someone? We understand that you may have to change the product you thought was perfect. For orders placed from 1st Nov 2025, we have now extended our returns period to the 15th January 2026, for that extra peace of mind.

*For products in the original condition that have not been used, altered or damaged.

Standard Returns Policy - Orders Placed Before 1st November 2025:

We understand that finding the perfect piece isn’t always easy. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window or a 45-day exchange period — giving you a little extra peace of mind.

We want your experience with us to feel simple and stress-free. If your item isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange it within the timeframes, as long as it’s in its original condition and hasn’t been worn or damaged.
