I was looking for stock for the new Garmin Fenix 8 online and Watcho had one in stock (everyone was sold out). I have never heard nor done any business with this company. I called them and immediately the loveliest lady Sam answered and was so helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Sam answered everything I needed and offered some really good technical advice. I never really write reviews, BUT I think when someone goes above and beyond, they and the company should be recognised. I 100% endorse and recommend Watcho. The service, advice and postage was world class. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Sam thanks again for your help. Wacho, you have a customer for life!

Excellent service from WatchO, used online chat to check stock, placed an order and got next day delivery. Watch arrived in perfect condition. Really happy with it. Again used online chat on the day of delivery to check the tracking of the package, within a few mins I received a call confirming the delivery time etc. The price of the watch was the best I could find. The service was amazing. I will definitely use WatchO again.
