My watch arrived the next day, and was very well packed, it came with a two year guarantee, and a thank you note from the company, which was a nice touch. Watcho is a very friendly, and professional, customer focused company. I am very happy with my purchase experience, This is a company that does exactly what it promises, which is rare these days and is to be commended. I will certainly purchase from them again in the future.

Excellent service from WatchO, used online chat to check stock, placed an order and got next day delivery. Watch arrived in perfect condition. Really happy with it. Again used online chat on the day of delivery to check the tracking of the package, within a few mins I received a call confirming the delivery time etc. The price of the watch was the best I could find. The service was amazing. I will definitely use WatchO again.
