Excellent quality and supremely comfortable

After much deliberation and research I bought this SRPC41K1 diver's watch. To give you some context, I already own a SARB033 which I got for a great price. It's an amazing watch that works in almost all environments. It is subtle, classy and perfect for the office. This is where the diver comes in. I didn't have a watch for casual tasks and activities. I have had a pepsi bezel SKX before and I wanted to get that feeling back. And boy does this watch deliver. The first thing that struck me was the quality of that rotating bezel. It is a step above the SKX in every way. The grip, the smoothness, the overall feel was far superior. Then there is the strap. It's very very comfortable to wear, so much so, I forget I am wearing the watch. The watch feels well balanced on the wrist and it just feels great. There is much more I could say but this would become a rather long review. To put it simply, it fits beautifully on my 6.5inch wrist and I feel I got a great deal on this. An additional discount with a code I found and an already reduced price. To top it off, an extended 3 year warranty just makes it that much more bang for buck. Thank you Watcho for the fast delivery, even during this COVID-19 crisis. A very satisfied customer!!

Disappointed

I was really excited to get this watch, it arrived beautifully packaged lovely and cosy for the watch. Quick delivery too. The disappointment began when I opened the box. The mini turtle is a beautiful design, elegant, the dial is stunning and the lume is very impressive, but unfortunately this example has a misaligned chapter ring by a large margin, the bezel is also misaligned not centered, and the action is poor. The system internally send to be faulty so the it is not 120 but 60 clicks not crisp and vague with lots of play. The case is a lovely shape but in this example there is a small impact mark on the side. The crown felt gritty to turn when unscrewing and retightening. When adjusting the time the mechanism seems loose and ask hands jerk as though it isn't all connected properly. So I was a little disappointed, it is s beautiful watch but this example seems to have been seriously missed by the quality control systems that really shouldn't be there. I understand there are issues due to the lockdown but I have been waiting for over a month to return the watch and get a refund however there is no prices in place to do this. I do wish that watcho would keep me updated but as yet communication is poor.
