Contacted them by phone to get a Radley strap. Lady was very knowledgeable and pointed me straight to the correct part of the website. There was no stock showing but I ordered anyway as it was for my daughter in law and she didn't know I was getting it, so time was not of the essence. The strap was delivered in 7 days, well packed and padded.
