"Although I found instruction booklet difficult to follow, found a video on the internet which made things easier. Watch is great... everything I wanted.. Rapid service

Having had this watch on my wrist for a couple of months now I can say that I am mildly disappointed with its general operation. Firstly my negative observations:- Despite placing it in direct sunshine/daylight for an hour every morning from day one, which should keep its solar battery completely topped up, it very quickly loses its charge during the day and, for the most part, indicates that it is only moderately charged up. I find this concerning especially since the manufacturers claim it will run in total darkness for several months. Secondly, one of the main reasons I bought this watch was for its ability to display time/day/date/month with atomic accuracy. Although this is true, I have found that it is very difficult to glance at and immediately be able to read the dials because they are deeply recessed and the numbers/letters are very dimly highlighted. To obtain the details required, the watch has to be twisted and held at certain angles for the natural light to shine on it which is very irritating. Thirdly, at night, when the brief highlight facility operates, its display is totally confusing because it also highlights bars at the quarter hours. These bars tend to get confused with the hands of the watch. When the light goes out after a couple of seconds, invariably, I am still no wiser as to the time. Again, very irritating. My positive comments are that the watch itself is very robust as claimed by the manufacturers and, from my point of view, extremely accurate being regulated by the atomic clock. I can only say that, if there could be an improvement on my negative comments, the watch would certainly be a superb timepiece.
