Solar Power: Powered by any source of light, the photo-voltaic solar cell can charge the watch after only a few minutes in the light. When fully charged, the power reserve can last up to 10 months.

The uni-directional rotating bezel: The precise and safe operation of the uni-directional bezel prevents accidental rotation. This is to prevent the watch from displaying the elapsed time shorter than it actually is.

Left Handed Watch!! Hadn't even realised!!

This watch seemed to be everything I was looking for; a digital/analogue watch where the digital display could always be read. Solar powered, rugged but most of all, the pushers are on the correct side for a watch that is worn on the right wrist. What a difference. Love the pusher locks that also add, I believe, another level of water resistance. The very slight down side, that probably only applies to me, is that the chronograph is not illuminated. I knew this before I purchased the watch as I'd looked at both the manual and the video. It's just a little niggle. If they didn't want to add another pusher - Pulsar have done this - they could have had a few seconds of backlight when the chronograph is stopped - Citizen have done this! (there's no lap facility by the way but I rarely use this). Service from Watcho second to none and Seiko have been helpful too. MGN

Well packaged and quick delivery

Seiko arnie reissue is a cracking watch. Fits very well on the wrist. Has a good weight to it. The straps very nice. The screw out pushers are novel and kinda cool. Only downsides are the luminosity in the hands/dial plops aren't the greatest. On the whole a very cool watch. Prompt delivery, well packaged . A great selection of watches available too. Close to buying the original Arnie H558 until I heard that a new Arnie would be available towards the end of 2019. I'm someone who likes to wear a watch without to much worry, and wearing the original Arnie would make me feel uncomfortable as it's not easily replaced. So my impressions upon receiving my new Arnie was very impressive indeed. I like that it's close to the original, but with a twist of modern, and solar was a great choice. It's now a certified Diver's 200m water resistant watch, so it's built even better than before. The build and quality is flawless, and even with Made in China on the back, this has no significance, as China make many great products including the device you're probably reading my words on. The size looks bigger looking at pictures, but in the hand it's the perfect size... it's between the SKX and a Turtle, with the thickness being a little more. The screw down crowns are a good size, and can even be operated on the wrist with some very light use beforehand. The digital display is connected to the analogue side, unlike the original, so setting the time and date all works in harmony. Has a cool blue backlight on the digital display, and the dial, hands and the pip on the bezel has diver's strength lume that really lasts. I'm very impressed and something that holds fond memories from the Arnie movies that featured such an iconic SEIKO I've been purchasing watches from Watcho for a few years now. Each time the experience is beyond other purchases i've made with other watch shops. I'm someone who's looking for the best deal, but am also wanting that side that you don't feel like they're just after your purchase quickly, making you feel rushed with your decision. In most watch shops i've visited, the assistants have been pleasant, but their knowledge about watches is a side that's important, and when asking a simple question and each time they're having to search for the manager, makes you not want to ask questions, and just go directly to the manger each time, which again makes the experience awkward. Each time when dealing with Watcho no matter who i'm dealing with has the professionalism to answer my questions, which gives me confidence that they're passionate about watches and helping customers. I feel I have a fantastic relationship with Watcho, and upon that they are always first on my list when looking for a new watch. I've also visited their shop and wished I lived nearer. Arnie said he’ll be back, and what a come back!

Firstly I’d like to thank Watcho again for their 11 star service, and that’s why I keep returning. The watch landed the very next day as promised, what I wasn’t prepared for was how incredible the new re-issue of the Arnie is, they’ll be no issues with me on this one from Seiko, from out of the box to the wrist it’s been nothing but exciting. The new Arnie has some cool features that I wasn’t expecting, like a battery level and using both pushers to either switch into silent mode, or to calibrate the watch. It’s obvious that Seiko have worked hard on this re-issue, my only regret is that I didn’t have muscles like Arnie ;-P I highly recommend anyone who’s either a fan of the movie Predator or simply just loves Diver watches... it also has premium all over it. Anyway that’s enough jibber jabber from one excited customer, so thanks again Watcho.... I will be back ;)
