Make a Wish is a fantastic charity based in the UK, granting children and young people with life threatening conditions, their wish. Established in 1986 Make a wish have been changing kid’s lives.

Most of us would like to think we have a guardian angel or fairy Godmother of some sort, and for these wonderfully brave children and young adults, Make a Wish is just that. Granting more than 10,000 wishes since founded.

The wishes of these young children vary, from equipment required for an easier way of life, educational visits, work experience, meeting pop stars or taking a well-deserved holiday. These wishes can help with confidence, emotional and mental stability.

“We’ve seen the effects a wish can have on a seriously ill child: from creating incredible memories, building confidence and bringing happiness, to providing respite from the daily struggles that come with a life-threatening condition.”
