1 - Introduction
1.1 By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to the following terms of service.
1.2 It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of all of these terms and conditions when making a purchase with WatchO.
1.3 These terms and conditions can be altered at any time, so you should read them every time you make a purchase on this website.
2 - Payment
2.1 Payment is taken from your card at the time of checkout. If we are unable to deliver good for any reason, we will refund this payment in full.
3 - Refund
3.1 We will refund the money to the card or PayPal account you've paid by. If there is an additional money to refund, like return postage cost, it will be refunded to PayPal account. To refund this to card, you will need to provide card details as we do not store card details with us. Once the refund is processed, it may take 3-5 days for the money to be credited to your account.
4 - The contract of sale
4.1 On occasion, an item or a delivery cost may be mispriced. If you purchase a mispriced item, or an item with an incorrect delivery cost, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and relist the product at the correct price.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to delivery, for any reason - No contract of sales exists until the product is about to be despatched to you. Our initial order receipt confirmation does not mean that a contract of sale is in place. This only means that the order has been successfully received into our system. From there on, full purchase amount must be paid and funds cleared into our account, validity and verification must take place, delivery charges confirmed and product ready for despatch before the contract of sale exists. Further, we reserve the right to cancel the order should there be any issues.
4.3 The contract made between us through any transaction is governed by the laws of England, using only the English language.

6.1 Your IP is logged by fraud checks when placing an order. This is for reasons of fraud protection. Some orders are randomly scanned for fraud before they are shipped. Fraudulent or suspicious orders would be cancelled and money refunded, if already paid. We do not normally deliver to forwarding addresses and companies, so we may have to cancel these orders.
7 - Delivery
7.1 The delivery estimate for each item is stated on the product details screen. Although we endeavour to adhere to this delivery estimate, during busy periods and during COVID-19 pandemic, it may not be possible to meet these deadlines. Also, sometimes carriers may delay or misplace the items. In such cases, extra few days will have to be given to the carriers to locate the item and deliver. We will be happy to work with you to resolve these cases.
7.2 If an item is returned to us undelivered because it was not collected or received by the recipient, we offer to redespatch your order one time. If it is undelivered on first delivery attempt, we reserve the right to charge delivery charges for subsequent deliveries. If a delivery is failed, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local sorting office to organise a redelivery or collection.
7.3 When receiving your order you should inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been tampered with in any way. If it does appear to be tampered with, you should refuse delivery. If the delivery is accepted and signed for, you will have entered into a contract to accept the item in its delivered state and, as such, we cannot assume liability for any subsequent issues surrounding loss or damage.
7.4 Deliveries outside UK: We will endeavour to use safe and quick delivery service available at the time. Due to custom regulations and other reasons outside our control, we do not offer guaranteed timed delivery.
8 - Prices
8.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) charged at the current UK rate based on your delivery address.
8.2 If you wish to claim VAT refund, we can issue you a VAT invoice. We are, however, unable to process VAT refund requests for you.
8.3 If the product has been priced incorrectly due to human or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
9 - Returns and the cooling off period
9.1 Please ensure you have read our refund and returns policy and understand it fully. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
9.2 Refunds are processed as promptly as possible.
9.3 Items which have been worn are not eligible under this refund policy.

9.5 If a visual defect is found with the item(s) on arrival (out of the box), you must notify us within 24 hours. This will be deemed as in working condition when received.
9.6 It is your responsibility that the product is returned to us safely and securely.
9.7 If the product is faulty during the warranty period, we can help with the manufacturer warranty. We will send the watch to the manufacturer for warranty repair. However, during this period, the order cannot be refunded. Whether the fault is covered by warranty or not, it is the manufacturer's decision.
9.8 In accordance with Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are able to reject a faulty or damaged product withing 30 days. This does not cover damage caused to the product by manual or unauthorised alterations.

10.1 All text and images on this website remains either the copyright of WatchO, or the copyright of the manufacturer. Usage of any of this material is prohibited, unless authorised by the copyright holder.
11 - Wear & Tear
11.1 Normal wear and tear is expected for products and is not covered by the guarantee.
