This solar GPS watch celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Seiko name on a watch; the rose-gold coloured accents in the design are designed to resemble the view of Earth at night as seen from a satellite.
Under a dual-curved sapphire crystal glass, within a compact and slim bezel design, is a radiating patterned black dial.
The bezel is crafted from titanium and rose-gold colour plated ceramic.
The increased charging capacity of this calibre allows for a textured dial whilst still maintaining high charging efficiency.
The titanium case construction has a super hard coating for increased scratch resistance.
Powered by the in-house built 5X83 solar GPS calibre, which inherits the same functions of the 5X53, but it has the added capability to measure elapsed time through its chronograph feature.
accurate to ± 15 seconds per month whilst having a power reserve of 6 months at full charge and can be charged by any light source – either natural sunlight or artificial light – for convenience.
