Excellent customer service

It was a present for my husband. He likes the large figures and does not need his glasses to see the time. He finds it very comfortable to wear. I found the website very easy to navigate. I made my purchase on a Saturday night which was followed up on the Monday morning with a telephone call to confirm the delivery address. This was to ensure that it wasn't a typo because I'd asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour. It was then despatched immediately and I received the package, next day, on the Tuesday.
