Introducing a ‘Flieger’ style into the Seiko 5 Sports collection – a military style originally created for pilots and navigators, the layout of Flieger watches had to be clear and easy to read quickly, as well as being robust and reliable.
The mechanism used is an in-house-built 4R36 automatic movement with manual winding. This calibre movement is complete with 24 Jewels and a 41-hour power reserve.
This Flieger style watch features a “bomber jacket” style green nylon strap – in military colours with an orange leather lining, resembling a retro bomber jacket.
Curved hardlex crystal lens.
The easy to read dial features lumibrite indexes and hands.
