The unit has lots of functionality, some of it is really good and reliably accurate, other functions record results that are utter nonsense. For example: the sleep tracking is regularly WAY off, by hours and hours; The body battery yields some extremely odd readings - exactly the same routine activities can cost me 30+ body battery points one day and 9 points next day: The GPS sometimes only starts recording my position half way through a trail run, yet records a decent estimate of the total distance travelled, but the map just shows half that distance.
What wasn't apparent to me prior to purchase as an off-road runner is that it won't give me a VO2max score unless I regularly run ON roads, which I struggle with.
The watch is bulky to the extent that buttoned shirt cuffs interfere significantly with it and can 'press the buttons'. I can't fit it inside my motorcycle gear without it causing real pain, so the size is a limiting factor."
