The case design is inspired by the Seiko Crown Chronograph from 1964 – the first chronograph made in Japan.
Crafted especially for the Tokyo Olympics when Seiko first became official timekeepers.
Accompanying the aluminium bezel is a golden yellow dial that features a raised circle effect for a futuristic style loved in the 1960s.
It is paired with an oiled calf leather strap, with a rich texture which enhances the vintage appeal.
