Brilliant watch! Brilliant service! Thank you so much Andy.

I got a Seiko Prospex Save The Ocean Turtle Divers Watch SRPE07K1 for my birthday. Photos and videos do not do this watch justice at all. The blue dial is absolutely stunning! I love that the balance of the second hand is a shark tail. The colour of the ceramic insert for the bezel is a perfect match for the dial, and I love how thick the bezel is. I was extremely pleased to see that the bezel, chapter ring and indexes all lined up perfectly. I was also really pleased to see that the candy bar cyclops was level with the day and date. The rubber strap was a lot softer and nicer than I thought it would be, it was so comfortable, that it was easy to forget that I had a watch on. Another lovely touch, is the turquoise blue lumibrite that is used on the lume pip, hands and indexes, it’s a beautiful colour and it lasts through the night. My wife rang WatchO to speak to someone about the watch, and told me that Andy had taken the call. She said Andy was extremely helpful, polite and friendly and that nothing was too much trouble. He even went above and beyond, by getting everything done and sorted out so quickly, that the watch arrived the following day. It was really well packaged and protected and the watch and the Seiko (Save The Ocean) box inside was immaculate. As for myself, I was chuffed to bits with my new turtle watch, and I want to say a huge thank you to you Andy, for all your help. We both really appreciate everything that you did.
