Perfect replacement strap, Fitting and Service

The exact strap required and fitted too. Excellent. I found the price for the replacement strap on their website. I didn't want to fit it myself as it was a tricky strap to fit, so I rung them. They were very helpful and said send the watch in and they would fit it at no extra charge. I sent them the watch, they called me and I paid over the phone. They fitted the strap and returned the watch with free delivery as stated on their website. Perfect. A very good service, couldn't fault it. Thank you very much. Would definitely use again.
