Built around Elliot Browns proven shock resistant and water-proofing design, the Clipper Race UTC watch features unique dial colours that provide a subtle reference to its sea-fairing lineage.
Indexes around the left-hand (port) half of the dial are red, whilst those on the right (starboard) half are green.
The adjustable red-tipped UTC hand is used to tell the time in a second time zone using the 24 hour markers engraved into the bezel.
UTC, which stands for Universal Time Coordinated , is the time standard used by race crews and officials as they travel around the world.
Rotating time inner bezel can be adjusted via the crown at the 2 o'clock case position.
Black Resin strap embossed with the Elliot Brown logo fitted with two screw-in bars that ensures security you'd never find with a pin-fit.

The inner protection of the watch includes a triple gasket waterproofing for each crown to ensure the water resistance whether the crown is open or closed. The case-back features 2 separate gaskets for waterproofing, plus the case-back itself is bolted down into the case. The mechanism is held to the dial with a four-post design, minimising the risk of damage should the watch suffer severe shock.

With 200 metres water resistance, the watch is suitable for shower, swimming and scuba diving.
