- Created in partnership with world-renowned Japanese artist Kosuke Kawamura, this limited edition timepiece focuses on his graphic design and textural collage expertise. To form these designs, Kawamura combined key elements from 60s and 70s archive Seiko timepieces to create a ‘mash-up’ collage style.
- Each limited edition piece features Kawamura’s signature on the caseback and comes with its own special box accompanied by an exclusive special poster designed by Kawamura.

- "5" represents the original five key attributes of every Seiko 5 watch: Recessed crown at the four o’clock position and Durable case and bracelet - features still present today.
- The mechanism used is an in-house-built 4R36 automatic movement and manual winding. This calibre movement is complete with 24 Jewels and a 41-hour power reserve.
