What stands out in this watch:

Manufactured like almost no other watch, the Canford from Elliot Brown carries a satisfying heft, and is packed with more life-proof features than meets the eye.
The dial is clearly laid out with no mess, the date is set between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions, and the quarter-hour makers and hands are coated with Elliot Browns' own Superluminova film to ensure long-lasting visibility in low/no light conditions.
The slightly domed glass is a 2.8mm thick curved tempered mineral crystal, with an anti-reflective coating on the underside. The glass is attached to a precision machined 316L Marine grade stainless-steel case with dual crowns and an screw-down case-back.
The inner protection of the watch includes a triple gasket waterproofing for each crown to ensure the water resistance whether the crown is open or closed. The case-back features 2 separate gaskets for waterproofing, plus the case-back itself is bolted down into the case. The mechanism is held to the dial with a four-post design, minimising the risk of damage should the watch suffer severe shock.
Premium grain dark brown leather strap with matching stitching, finished with a polished stainless steel deployment clasp for added security.

Brushed stainless-steel case with dual crown for time and inner bezel. The crowns are individually knurled for better grip and feature the Elliot Brown logo on the flat outer of each one.
The inner rotating crown has a completely friction-less feel to it, and is only rotatable clockwise so if knocked, can only show a shorter time.
The straps are fixed with a screw-in bar that ensures the security you'd never find with a pin-fit.
44mm case with a 22m strap.
Suitable for everything from showering to diving, this watch is rated for 200 meters water resistance.

I love the watch

Was looking around for a watch, and this shop appeared. Got a welcome discount, which was quite good. Added to basket, applied the code, click buy. After a couple days get a call due to a mix up with the strap colour, and once agreeing, the watch came the next day. It was well packaged and protected. Wasn't sure about the watch, and was easy to initiate a return , and once I decided I did actually want the watch, I used chat and the return was cancelled, and an email confirmed that. I didn't get on with the style of strap, but changed it. Very easy to use, very easy to buy from, (and if needed) was very to send back. Will definitely consider here again, and the same brand. A great watch if you have an active lifestyle

"Its a good tough watch with screw in strap bars that make it really easy to change straps. If you have a smaller wrist try the rubber straps - they are really well designed, give a closer fit and are much better if you get wet or muddy. Have deducted a star as the date is very small and difficult to read. Also not the clearest design to read at night - the luminous dots each side of the 12 marker do not stand out."
