Fantastic watch retailer.

Absolutely fantastic Diver’s watch. It’s my first and I’m loving it - the blue is beautiful in all lights, and the little details make me smile everyday. I’m a big Seiko fan. I have purchased three watches from Watcho, whose service has been excellent every time. I didn’t reach out to them for questions or anything, and was initially sceptical of their prices and unknown (to me) brand - now I know a little bit more about watches, but I knew nothing then. First purchase was for my wedding, second was for my brother for his wedding, and third was a Seiko diver’s watch I’d been fawning over, which one week was reduced by ~25%. All have arrived early or on time, and in perfect condition, and all were discounted due to a site-wide sale or certain promotion over the last two years. Superb watch

I ordered the Seiko Prospex Samurai Save The Ocean Diver’s Watch SRPD23K1, because it has the exact same dial as the Seiko Turtle SRPE07K1 that I got for my birthday. The dial is a beautiful blue that changes with the light, and has a wave-pattern with a shark fin hidden within the waves. Another thing that I love, is that the balance on the second hand is a shark tail. The pattern and the colour of the dial is stunning! Photos and videos do not do this Samurai justice at all. I wanted this Samurai because the watch, bracelet, bezel, indexes, hands and the lume colour are so different compared to the Turtle, (SRPE07K1) and yet it is familiar because of the blue wave-pattern dial. It is another beautiful Seiko watch. The lumibtite colour is green on the Samurai, and it is blue on the Turtle. The bracelet has a locking device for added security, with a diver extension and four micro-adjustment holes. It also has the Seiko pin and collar fixings, that you will need to remove and then reinstall when you resize the bracelet. Make sure you push the pins out in the same direction of the arrows on the inside of the bracelet. Be careful not to lose the collars, they are tiny, and without them, you will not be able to secure the links together properly. I never used to like a pressed clasp on a bracelet, but I have slowly got to like them a lot more, because they are strong, and keep the clasp a lot slimmer than most milled clasps. The bezel, chapter ring and indexes all lined up perfectly, which was because Andy had very kindly taken the time to check the watch for me. My new Samurai has been wound fully once, and unbelievably it has only gained 2 seconds! I don’t mean 2 seconds a day, I literally mean it gained 2 seconds in the first 24 hours, and it has stayed the same, day after day for the past few days. I haven’t needed to wind it ( I know it’s an automatic movement) or adjust it since I first set it. I have worn it virtually 24 hours a day since I have had it, only taking it off for a shower. I know that may sound daft because it is a diver’s watch with ISO certification, but I don’t want to accidentally bash it against anything, it is too beautiful a watch to me, to risk marking, scratching or damaging. I got to speak to Andy on the phone before the Samurai was purchased. I asked if he would check the alignment on the Samurai for me, and I wanted to thank him personally for everything he did, and for getting the Turtle (SRPE07K1) sent to my home so quickly. Andy is very polite, friendly and a very likeable young man. Nothing was too much trouble, he made sure the Samurai was dispatched quickly, and was really well packaged and protected. When I received the package, both the watch and the Seiko (Save The Ocean) box inside was immaculate. After winding the Samurai and setting the time and date, it has been on my wrist day and night and I have spent ages admiring it. I am absolutely chuffed to bits with my new Samurai watch, it is beautiful. Andy, I want to thank you again, for being so helpful with the Samurai, and for everything you have done. I sincerely believe that WatchO are extremely lucky to have Andy working alongside them. WatchO are a rarity nowadays, because everyone that works at WatchO, does care about looking after their customers and helping them, and it is why they have so many repeat customers, including myself. It is also the reason why they get so many glowing reviews. Joy has done an amazing job with WatchO, and takes great pride in what he does, as does the great team he has around him. Great customer service

One of my favourite watches! They were efficient in the delivery of the Seiko Samurai ST) Generation 3. Once I got the watch, and then had difficulty sizing the bracelet at home, they were perfectly happy for me to bring it to their shop and doing the sizing whilst I got some lunch.
